BeForYou Women’s Yoga & Wellness

Throughout our journey as women, we often encounter many areas in which we struggle to navigate. Stress of fitting in as a teen, the highs and lows of pregnancy and postpartum, menopause, then throw in our 9-5’s, our children, school, and all the other fun things we take on, we lose sight of who we are or how to take care of ourselves.

BeForYou is here to catch you in those moments you feel down, celebrate with you when needed, nourish and educate on health and wellness, and follow you along your journey throughout womanhood. Our space will offer yoga for every body, counselling, reiki, holistic nutrition and so much more. Our goal is to provide a one stop home for the women in our community.

Daniela is Hatha and Yin certified, she became a yoga instructor back in 2008 on a whim, which quickly became the best spontaneous decision she has ever made. Daniela taught a various studios throughout Vancouver and Ontario since 2008. Since then came her practice and love for connecting with students grew with each class.

As years passed, she realized there was something missing in her community; a space for women of different ages and stages in their lives to be able to retreat to and find support through yoga and other modalities. This is where BeForYou was born. Another spontaneous decision has led her to where she is today, making her dream of creating a women’s only space reality.



Antonella studied the theory of sound and as a sound healing Practitioner she loves incorporating sound healing. She believes that specific sounds allow your soul to vibrate releasing tension, trauma, promoting self-healing and helping set your creative energies free. Aside from being a yoga instructor Antonella is a Usui Reiki Master.



Cassandra is a graduate of York University maintaining a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree, specializing in choreography and performance. Additionally, she studied Kinesiology as a minor and applies that knowledge in order to help maintain; health, fitness, and to assist in injury prevention. The main goal within in her classes is to help you achieve a greater awareness of your body and what it is capable of.



Certified with RYT 200 Hr, MYT 100 Hr and Yoga Nidra, Christina’s passion is to guide a deep, restorative flow and meditation. Guiding her students and allowing them to bring focus inward offering them personal space to reset and restore their mind, body and spirit. Each day is like no other, her hope is for each student to leave with clear perspective and calm for the day ahead.



Jasmine has a background in English, theatre, and improv. She finds many similarities between yoga and improv, primarily that they both allow you to be in the moment, get out of your mind, and listen to your intuition. Her focus is to have her students be in the moment in each class and to be self-aware while she leads them through a series of flowing and stagnant movements guided by the breath.



Jenny accredits the practice of yoga for truly has transforming her life in so many ways; mentally, physically emotionally and spiritually and she feels blessed to share this beautiful gift with you. As she began to honour herself, flowing at a slower pace, Jenny began noticing big changes with her overall energy and health. For the past 5 years, she has been able to inspire others to align with their breath, this is one of the many reasons why she loves sharing and teaching yoga.



Since Layla was eight years old she has been practicing Yoga. Layla is the founder of The Inner Glow Up, an authentic personal growth, wellness and selfcare website. She has a love for empowerment through movement as an Orange Theory Fitness coach, and certified fitness instructor. For Layla, yoga is about having a safe space to heal, grow and change your mental health with your own body, it is 100% about community, loving support and most of all It should be a movement inside of you, to emerge new, and glowing from within.



Achieving her first yoga teacher certification in 2009, followed by her advanced teacher training certification in 2012, Ayurveda practitioner certification, and Yoga Therapist training certification in 2016, Linda teaches Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Pre/post Natal Yoga and meditation. Linda is also a Reiki Master, certified Crystal healer and also a Holistic Nutritionist, she also received her Cupping massage therapy certification in 2020.



Parastoo is an Iranian actor, dancer and a yoga instructor based in Toronto. Her love for physical theatre and body movement got her into dancing when she was 17 years old. Her passion for dancing and physical theatre moved her towards yoga. In her classes she would like to incorporate asanas that challenges balance and the mind by incorporating creative sequences and adding playfulness into the practice. Parastoo’s goal is to encourage self-love, body and mind awareness.



In 2016, Patti obtained her first yoga certification through BlissOm. She taught at BlissOm for many years and gained further certifications including her Reiki Level 1 and 2. She is also a certified Meditation Guide, Life Coach, Medium and Angel Reader.

Most recently, Patti obtained her 300 RYT advanced yoga teacher certification in 2021 again through BlissOm. When Patti is not teaching in studios, you can find her in Muskoka where she leads yoga and meditation retreats as well as international retreats.



Yoga found Vic during a period of her life when she was very competitive with herself. She began practicing yoga during and found an instant connection. She was able to get out of her head and into her body. She began to understand herself a little deeper. Vic has always been heavily involved with fitness, she became a personal trainer at the age of 18. Vic’s classes incorporate a lot of long holds, deep breaths and mind to body connection.



Adriana graduated her first 200 YTT training during the pandemic with Bliss Om and has been teaching ever since. Adriana recently completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training with Red Barn Wellness & The Equine Reiki and Horse communication Certification. She has a love for planning her yoga classes, she will incorporate a little piece of all her teachings throughout her journey. Adriana’s classes will incorporate breath work, meditation, a yoga flow, and of course music!

Through yoga we will create the space to lean on one another for support & growth, to build new relationships, and let go of those that no longer serve us, to teach and to be taught.

Our space is inviting and warm, under the guidance of Daniela, Owner, and her amazing team. Each of our instructors hold special qualities, certifications and passion to carefully and mindfully guide you in your practice. We look forward to being a part of your health and wellness journey.

Whether you have practiced yoga 100 times or this is your first experience, please trust that our instructors will offer suggestions on how to safely modify a pose to better suit you. Not all bodies are alike, we are here to celebrate that and encourage you to do the same. Allow yourself to home in to what your body needs and modify as you feel. The more you show up on your mat and for yourself, you will be proud of the strength and flexibility your body has.
